We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after dispatch

  2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Returns & Exchanges

Our 15-day return policy (from delivery date) ensures you can shop with confidence. However, we do ask that returns meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must accompany the return

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

To maintain our quality standards, these curated collections cannot be returned:

  • Signature Edits (all final sale items)
  • The Holiday Shop seasonal collections
  • Wedding Guest Looks special occasion wear

These items are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on their product pages.

How to Return an Item

Our four-step return process is as refined as our tailoring:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item details (name, size/color)
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: your preferred size/color alternative
  • Confirmation that items meet return conditions

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • The item in its original packaging
  • Completed returns form (from your original shipment)
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for your replacement item.

International Returns: Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges and consider using a tracked service.
