Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, giving you time to ensure your purchase meets your exacting standards. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons and to maintain our quality standards, the following items from our collections cannot be returned:

  • Signature Edits (final sale items)
  • The Holiday Shop seasonal collections
  • Wedding Guest Looks special occasion wear

These items are marked as “Final Sale” on their product pages.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our returns process is designed with the same efficiency we apply to our tailoring:

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information (or use our template below):

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • The completed returns form (included in your original shipment)
  • A copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
